MLB The Show 23 is slated to launch on March 28, two days before Major League Baseball’s Opening Day. While Cross Progession allows you to earn and use any earn content on any platform or generation, this excludes features that are exclusive to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, like Stadium Creator.
Edition
MLB The Show 23 will be available in both a standard edition and collector's edition. The standard edition will be available on last-gen consoles for $59.99 USD/$69.99 CAD, whilst current-gen owners will be paying $10 more. Details for the collector's edition are not yet revealed, as San Diego is still saving the surprise for February 2nd, but it is confirmed that all collector’s editions of the game will support dual entitlement. This means that each edition will come with a PlayStation 4 disc along with PlayStation 5 voucher, and players wouldn't have to worry about which collector's edition to get.
